Born and raised in Tokyo, Japan, Aya Kakeda now lives and works in Brooklyn, New York. She likes cats, seals, and receiving postcards.
Aya has ever-changing weekly obsessions. This week’s are clavariaceae and star-nosed moles.
She also elaborates on lots of theories about a lot of things. When Aya doesn’t indulge in her obsessions, she paints and draws, creating her own whimsical narratives.

Damara Kaminecki the destroyer.

Damara Kaminecki, aka Damarak The Destroyer, dwells in a tiny apartment where she sleeps atop her flat files and carves linoleum deep into the night. Originally hailing from Chicago she can now be seen riding through Brooklyn carrying stories of wonder and groceries on her back.
Keep your fingers crossed you might pull the rare green chase version previewed at SDCC.

Daily Dunny 2010 Day 10

Amanda Visell lives in Los Angeles area by choice. She paints cartoony pictures and makes things. She did not go to school for this. Her artwork can be seen in galleries and museums nationwide including an exhibit and exclusive merchandise line at Disneyland USA. She continues to create original artwork along with toys, books, apparel, limited edition prints and sculptures, all while perfecting her design for the ultimate home robot.

Daily Dunny 2010 Day 9

MCA, in 1991, annoyed & inspired by the demonizing mug-shot of Paul Reuben’s, felt compelled to transform the image in a way that reflected the public’s absurd desire to crucify his long-time hero (Pee Wee Herman). By adding devil horns to the playhouse master’s head and inscribing the word ‘evil’ underneath, Evil Design was born. Since then he has been spreading the message of Evil (whether it be through toys, t-shirts, zines, stickers, etc.) to kids all over the world.
My Inspiration for this Dunny.
The Spirit WZRD Dunny was inspired by Magic, the magic that is all around us & within us. We all (or at least some of us) know it is there, the question is how to tap into it; he can help, after that, it is all up to you.

Custom 20-inch Totem Dunny By Reactor 88

Vinyl community veteran, Reactor 88 has customized a 20-inch Totem Dunny for a recent commission nicknamed The Beast. This super sharp custom took almost a year working on and off in between preparing for art shows. Hit up Reactor 88’s website for more pics and info.

Travis Cain

Travis Cain likes Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain. When not eating spicy food, he's wrestling with his 3 sons.

My Dunny is happy... and sad. Sometimes what you love the most can make you feel bad.

Are we going to experience the same amount of pain with Travis Cain as in Dunny 2009.

Please we can not have 4 different versions of this toy !
