Shoakuma Dunny series
I just came across these incredible dunny's done by French base designers Guillaume & Julia Lachambre.
They are finally here! Artmymind’s new Dunny series is ready to be unleashed over the world and trust us when we say that these little demons shouldn’t be taken too lightly. Do not be fooled by their cuteness, because they bite pretty bad.
“Born from the twisted energy of the underworld, the Shoakuma is easily the most underestimated creature that can be met among the thousand fangs minions. Small in size, this little demon overcompensate his lack of strength by a voracious appetite and the habit to hang around by hundred of thousand of his siblings.”

Task One's "Kidrobot - 118 Prince Street" custom Dunny... is INSANE!
Task One has continued his recent — and magnificent — trend of converting vinyl figures into buildings with the creation of " Kidrobot - 118 Prince Street," an address some might recognize as that of Kidrobot New York.
When Task One was asked to create a custom to display in KRNY, he happily accepted and the lengthy process of sculpting and painting this piece began. Mind you, this isn't a simple exterior job, as Task One also formed an immaculate looking interior for his creation in addition to internal LED lighting.
Unfortunately, once this stunning piece was completed, Task One was informed that Kidrobot retail locations are no longer able to accept customs in their stores; even to simply display the item, the store manager would require special permission from corporate... which left a bad taste in Tasks mouth... and rightfully so!!! Well, Kidrobot's loss is all of our gain. Unable to display it as intended, Task One has decided to sell this wonderful one-of-a-kind 8-inch Dunny in his online shop. It will be released on Saturday, January 5th, 2013 at 11AM Pacific time for $500.

Fuller Designs Custom Fonzo
As we build on the excitement with the previews for Fonzo Love NY,. Say “hi” to “Grr…” a custom from FullerDesigns (James Fuller). According to the artist, Grr is “a little monster of the jungle that doesn’t want to be a monster so he dresses up like the other animals to fit in and make friends. But, they always know he’s not a real tiger.” This custom makes you take a second look to check out that impressive work on the face and the equally great paint job.
This is such an amazing piece, i love this platform and am thinking of using it for our next custom show. What do you think ?

Otto Bjornik"s Kwardo Kwins.
Otto Björnik Never seems to amaze me with yet again another incredible custom, has just revealedKwardo Alas – four custom 3” Dunnys that are part of his ongoing playing card inspired Kwardo Kwin project. As you’ll see in Otto’s story text below, the four ‘Ace’ horsemen, Arjun (Club), Aden (Heart), Ashur (Spade) and Aubin (Diamond), serve as protectors of the four Kwardo Kwins.
The four sisters became more and more beautiful with each passing day. As word of their beauty spread, kings from neighboring lands came to court the fair young maidens. And so it happened that each sister became betrothed to a king before her eighteenth birthday. When they became of age, the nobleman sent his daughters to the four corners of the land to live in their new kingdoms. He selected four of his bravest horsemen to accompany and protect them on their long journeys.

UME Toys's "Chester Rimington," a custom Freak Store Fonzo!
Look carefully at the above picture, follow the various textures and details, drink it all in, and recognize the talent of Mr. Richard "UME Toys" Page. Entitled "Chester Rimington," we're informed that Page didn't create this for any specific purpose but rather just for fun… he had a copy of the 6-inch blank Fonzo platform lying around so he working his creative magic upon it.
This is a great piece, love the added pieces to give it a totally different look.

Reactor-88’s Custom Corner – Otto Bjornik
Welcome to Reactor-88's Custom Corner. To wrap up 2012, we're highlighting Björn Eding, aka Otto Björnik. Björn resides in the Philippines and is a trained architect, but has pursued a career as a designer/illustrator with much success. Björn came across the vinyl toy scene back in 2009, but didn't actually start toy customizing until a few years later. Hoping to realize his dream to be a painter, his early works were more just exercises with acrylics. At the same time, he experimented with transferring his character illustrations to toys and that definitely clicked with the toy community. My first glimpse of Björn's work was his very impressive Dunny chess set. Looking beyond the shear feat of creating an entire set of chess custom toys, his actual designs stood out as very unique. They have a very classic, delicate, and whimsical look- almost as if they stepped right out of an antique fairytale book. He also sticks to a very minimal palette- usually focusing on black and white and sometimes one accent color, which also accentuates the old world feel. And while I'd like to keep this totally focused on toys- his 2D pen and ink artwork is phenomenal and should definitely be checked out as well. So to peruse all of his work and much more, head over to the Otto Björnik website.

Following the adage that smaller=cuter, we’ve taken our popular Marshall character by 64 Colors and created a new, tinier version: Mini Marshall! Standing just over 2 inches tall, Mini Marshall has a much smaller footprint than his older sibling. To kick off the Mini Marshall line we’re coming out of the gates with a new design just in time to celebrate winter and all things snowy, Abominable Marshall, The Wild Boy of the Snows!

Joe Ledbetter – Minty Fresh Exclusive “Spaced-Out Bunny”
Here’s a quick image update on the upcoming Minty Fresh Exclusive “Spaced Out” Chaos Bunny from Joe Ledbetter and The Loyal Subjects, previously seen HERE. They mentioned that Minty Fresh will set aside 35 pieces for their online sales, dropping onSaturday, January 5th 5PM CET (Central European Time) or 8PM PST. Remember, this run is only in an edition of 100 pieces! If you’re in there area, be sure to check out the release and signing event taking place at Outland Records from 5-8PM on January 5th.
Original posting from Vinyl Pulse.Spaced-Out Bunny:Spaced-Out Bunny has given up on society all together. He lives like a hermit, secluded deep in the ancient forest, mostly living off his herb garden and insects. He is inclined to spend most of his time conversing with himself, daydreaming, and wrestling with Supersymmetric String Theory. Highly sensitive to premonitions and omens Spaced-Out Bunny is thought to know the secrets of the universe and the fate of the planet, but he's far too burnt-out and forgetful to share his vital knowledge.

Kwadro Kwin - By Otto Bjorniks
It has been written that ‘War is the trade of kings.’ But we all know that behind every great king, there lies an even more powerful queen. This is the story of four sisters who were each destined for royalty. They were the beautiful daughters of a wealthy nobleman who lived in the Center Valley. They spent their days playing spirited rounds of mahjong and betting against each other in lively, trash-talk-laden games of marbles.
QORTNI had a temper that was quick to flare and difficult to extinguish. Had there been anger management courses in her village, she would have flunked every one. She had a glare that could stop a snarling hyena and send it whimpering away.
QUILLA was an incurable romantic and masterful daydreamer. She could often be found chasing frightened woodland creatures in the hopes of singing with them. To this day, that has not happened.
QIANA smiled and skipped wherever she went. Luck, it seemed, always seemed to follow her around like puppies eager to be noticed. This annoyed her sisters greatly.
QUARTA wanted to have it all. She liked to fill her pockets with baubles and gems, some of which were hers and some of which were not. She also had the habit of licking every bonbon in the box so no one else would eat them.
